While oatmeal alone won't moisturise your skin, it is a beneficial ingredient in a moisturising face mask. Oatmeal is a humectant, which means that it helps your skin hold and retain moisture. Oatmeal Face Mask
Combine 1/2 cup hot not boiling water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Allow the water and oatmeal to soak and cool for a few minutes and then add and mix in 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 small egg white. Apply a thin layer of the mask to your face, and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water
I recommend applying this mixture and lying down and allowing it to dry. Put one slice of cucumber on each eye and relax.
Have some fun with a group of girlfriends and do this together with a few glasses of wine. Great way to relax and have a really fun catch up!
